Corporate/Events/PR
I enjoy supporting the new and up-and-coming businesses, providing corporate headshots and covering key events such as grand openings, team building, training, and other PR activities. Images range from live events to studio set ups.
Museum / Archival
My roots in photography date to my days as an archaeologist, where documenting ancient and fragile artifacts required attention to detail and precision lighting that would not damage material.
Image style is typically on black for museum printed material, although also shot on white background for other cataloging needs.
Sports Photography. For five years, I've covered ice hockey events from semi-pro teams in Europe to the USA Women's Olympic and USA Paralympic teams, as well as covered three UK Tough Mudder extreme sports events. I've also shot fitness events for personal trainers and lifestyle needs.
Architectural/Interiors. My background in archaeology lends itself to a fascination with abandoned or crumbling locations for historic documentation. I also shot residential homes for the real estate industry.
Abstract Nature. One of my personal favorite activities is trying to make my camera do things that it ordinarily couldn't (or shouldn't!) do. I'm also a big fan of the art that is in nature, itself.
Landscapes and Site Scout. Extensively travelled, one of my great passions is discovering new places and settings off the usual beaten path--but easily accessible by film crew if necessary!
